RETURNS
CCERemarketing.com offers a 30 day return policy on merchandise based on the following conditions:
You need to contact our returns department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Merchandise must be returned 100% complete in original packaging with all software, manuals, and other accessories. RMA# must be clearly visible on box. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. All returns must be sent via Federal Express, UPS, or other courier that issues a tracking number.
Defective Merchandise: The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning any defective merchandise. CCERemarketing.com will gladly issue you a refund, store credit, or if available, a replacement of the defective product with an even exchange of the same item.
Non-Defective Merchandise: Non-defective merchandise may be returned to CCERemarketing.com, but will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% or more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. Return shipping is at your expense.
Exceptions: CCERemarketing.com will not accept any returns on products which are designated: "No Returns," "This Sale Final," or similar terms.
SHIPPING
CCERemarketing.com ships out most orders within 24 hours (business days) of receipt of payment.
CCERemarketing.com accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, personal & company checks. Please contact CCERemarketing.com for any other payment method.
For orders paid by check, please allow up to 10 days for payment to clear prior to shipping.
All orders placed using PayPal must have verified address.
